This team form the Senior Management Team (SMT). The SMT meets at least twice each term to ensure common values and practices run right through all sections of Temple School. This team also develops strategies, policies and programs to ensure that Temple maintains a culture of continuous improvement. It is a creative and committed team that drives the striving for excellence within the school.
